  <title>Regulators OK Verizon, AT&amp;T Asset Swap</title>
  <description>Federal antitrust regulators have approved a swap of wireless assets by Verizon Wireless and AT&amp;T Inc., a government agency said Thursday. The two companies agreed on the transaction in December. AT&amp;T will give Verizon licenses, network assets and subscribers in Kentucky as part of the deal.
