Rumer Willis, the 24-year-old actress and daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has been spotted in public with a new man. Willis and actor Jayson Blair have been pictured together several times in the past few weeks, kissing and holding hands, and now a source for US Weekly confirms that the two are a couple.

Blair, 28, formerly starred as Max Owens in the MTV series "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," and is set to play Clay Clemmens in the upcoming comedy series "The New Normal," for NBC. According to a source for People, Blair and Willis met "over cocktails through mutual friends" and have been keeping their romance quiet since June.

But after being seen engaging in some PDA together, the two have aroused suspicions that they're an item. "From the second she sat down, he had his arm around her shoulder and they were laughing, flirting and seemed very into each other," said a source for People, who spotted the two at a café in Los Angeles.

And now Willis seems to be hinting that the two are more than just friends. Willis, who turned 24 on Thursday, tweeted that she was spending her birthday with her roommate and Blair. "Happy Birthday Me...with my two favorite people @anniestarke1 and@jayson_blair."

"@TheRue Happy Birthday beautiful woman!" tweeted back Blair. "Let's get the celebrations started @anniestarke1."

In the past, Willis has been romantically linked to actors Micah Alberti of "All My Children," and "Wildfire," and Rafi Gavron of "24," and "Parenthood."

Willis's new relationship comes after a tumultuous past few months for her family. Willis and her sisters, Scout, and Tallulah, are rumored to not be on speaking terms with their mother, Demi Moore, right now. Moore, who has fought with substance abuse in the past, was hospitalized for an epileptic seizure back in January, not long after splitting with ex-husband Ashton Kutcher.

According to a source for RadarOnline.com ""The girls have cut off all contact with Demi, and she is absolutely devastated by it. She has returned to work and is trying to hold herself together, but this is a really tough time for Demi."

"Demi is just being very needy right now and the girls are tired of it, they want a mother not another little sister," added the source. "They are all concerned that she is going to relapse and head back to rehab and they can't deal with the stress and worry of it."
