Hugh Hefner, the 85-year-old multimillionaire and founder of Playboy, bitterly announced that his wedding with his young fiancée, 25-year-old Crystal Harris, was canceled.

It should have taken place this Saturday, but will never happen.

Crystal has had a change of heart. Hefner said Tuesday, the wedding is off.

According to Harris' manager Michael Blakey, Harris moved out the Playboy mansion on Monday.

The twice-married Hefner, who has four kids from his first two wives, got engaged with Harris in December. The sweet lovers shared all the details to their fans. When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears, this is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory, once Hefner wrote on Twitter. He proposed Harris with the 6-carat ring on Christmas Eve.

Also recently in April, Hefner told Us Weekly:Everything in place. She's wonderful and she's done a really terrific job so far with all the planning. She is the one for me!

The breakup suddenly occurred after a heated weekend argument over the telephone, according to Newsday.

After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef, Harris wrote on her website. I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward.

However, Hefner is heart-broken. The breakup is a heartbreaker, but better now than after the marriage, he quipped.

Since we're not getting married on Saturday, I've scheduled a movie: Runaway Bride. Seems appropriate, he added.
