Russia To Veto Syria Military Action Despite Massacre

Russia has once again warned it will not support military action against the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad, despite international outrage over the massacre of 108 people in Houla.

The warning that Moscow will use its veto power at the United Nations Security Council dashes hopes for action there.
