Ryan Jenkins' half sister may have been the one to drive and check him into the motel where he took his life according to reports from The Vancouver Sun.

According to The Sun a silver PT Cruiser with Alberta plates matching the description of the car that dropped Jenkins off at the Thunderbird Motel was seen parked in a condominium where Alena Jenkins, his half sister, lives.

Court records show that Jenkins' father also owns a PT Cruiser, but it's not known if the car parked in the condominium is the same. .

Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they know who checked Jenkins into the motel in Hope, but would not reveal the woman's identity.

Jenkins, 28, hanged himself in the motel after a massive search was launched for him both in the U.S. and Canada after he was charged with the murder of his ex-wife Jamine Fiore whose mutilated body was found stuffed in a suitcase in a trash receptacle in California.
