The autopsy on Ryan Knight, the star of the “The Real World New Orleans,” revealed that no “anatomical cause of death” was found and the reason behind his untimely death could be clear only after police get results of toxicology tests, Kenosha Police Department said in a statement on its Facebook page Friday. The body of the 29-year-old reality star was found on Thanksgiving Day by a friend.

Knight reportedly died in his friend’s house in Kenosha, Wisconsin after partying with his friend Wednesday night. Police reportedly said that they tried to revive Knight when they arrived at his friend’s home on Thursday morning, but failed. Police also said that there were no signs of any injury on Knight’s body and there was no drugs found on the scene.

"At this time we are looking into the death as being medical or accidental, pending toxicology," according to the statement. "The Kenosha Police Department extends its sympathy and condolences to the entire Knight family, but especially his father, who was a great friend and co-worker for many years."

Local police added that Knight’s father said his son had been complaining of stomach issues for the last two days.

Some of Knight’s friends reportedly revealed that he had taken “some pills,” but the nature of the pills could not be revealed.

Knight was part of “The Real World New Orleans” in 2010, and later appeared on the spin-off series “The Challenge.”
