South Korean Industrial Production dropped by 1.5% in April, compared with a pervious incline of 1.4% that revised to 1.7%, while analyst's forecasts referred to 0.5%.
South Korean Industrial Production (YoY) retreated to 6.9% during the year ended April, which compared with a prior 8.7% a year earlier, revised to 9.0%, while the actual reading came lower than expectations estimates 9.2%.
The South Korean economy also released its annualized service industry output index for the year ended April, which released with an actual reading of 3.1%, compared with a previous 2.7%, revised to 3.0%. South Korean industrial production MFG for the 12 months ended April, inclined to 7.1% from 9.0% that revised 9.2%.
The annualized leading index in S. Korea jumped to 1.1% during the month of April, form a 1.6% last year.
