Police in Iowa have released University of Iowa student Samantha Goudie’s mug shot in the wake of her arrest for public intoxication.

Goudie, who recently became famous throughout the Internet as “Vodka Girl” or “Vodka Sam,” was arrested on Saturday after allegedly trying to run onto the field during Iowa’s football game against Northern Illinois. When asked to take a breathalyzer test, Goudie reportedly blew a .341 BAC—more than four times the legal driving limit.

The 22-year-old’s mug shot, obtained Tuesday by Deadspin, reveals the results of her .341 BAC. In the mug shot, a dazed-looking Goudie’s eyes are closed as a police officer holds her name and information up for the camera. Although the white board in the mug shot photo claims that Goudie refused to submit to a breathalyzer test, the University of Iowa student bragged about blowing a .341 on her Twitter account.

According to a campus police report, stadium security guards stopped Goudie just as the intoxicated student was attempting to “enter the field.” She was one of 40 people arrested during last Saturday’s football game.

“Goudie, Samantha Lynne, 22 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1321 hours. Goudie was stopped for trying to enter the field. Goudie was unsteady on her feet. Goudie blew .341 PBT,” the campus police report says.

Goudie was arrested and charged with public intoxication. According to University of Clemson guidelines regarding the consumption of alcohol, a .35 BAC can produce results “similar to the physical effects of surgical anesthesia.”

Despite her now-viral mug shot photo and public intoxication arrest, Goudie took to her Twitter account, aptly named “@Vodka_Samm,” to brag about her .341 BAC and assort alcohol-related antics.

“Just went to jail #yolo,” Goudie wrote after her arrest. “I'm going to get .341 tattooed on me because its [sic] so epic.”
