T-Mobile is set to release its latest 4G Android smartphone, called Samsung Galaxy S Blaze, on March 21. If the users want to buy the smartphone online, they will have to wait till March 28. It runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating system, which probably can be a disappointing factor, as Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich is now out and powering the latest Android releases. Nevertheless, it ensures a fast processing while streaming the movies or downloading the apps.

On the other hand Samsung has not revealed anything about the Galaxy S3's release date. However, it is expected to be powered by the latest Android OS, unlike to the Galaxy S Blaze 4G. Galaxy S3 is also the most waited Android smartphone, particularly due to the success of its predecessor, Galaxy S2.

Will it be worth to buy the Galaxy S Blaze 4G now or wait for the Galaxy S3?

Here's a rundown of their specs.

[1] Processor

The Galaxy S3 boasts of the super fast 1.8 GigaHertz Dual-core CPU. It consists of an Exynos 4212 Chipset, which delivers the best performance. The users can enjoy the fastest browsing speed.

On the other hand, Galaxy S Blaze 4G is powered by 1.5 GigaHertz Scorpion CPU with the Adreno 220. It includes the Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon Chipset.

Undoubtedly, Galaxy S3 is the winner.

Both the smartphones possess a Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen. Probably, the 4.6-inch Galaxy S3 is the winner, because of its resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It is packed with 319 pixels per inch (ppi). The screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass with the TouchWiz UI 4.0 version.

On the other hand, Galaxy S Blaze 4G boasts of 800x400 pixels resolution display, which comes packed with 235 ppi.

The WLAN feature of Galaxy S3 comprises of Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with the Wi-Fi hotspot. The smartphone includes HSDPA and HSUPA capability. The interesting feature of Galaxy S3 is NFC, which makes it special when compared to the Galaxy S Blaze 4G.

Undeniably, Galaxy S Blaze 4G provides the fastest speed with HSDPA, 42 Mbps and HSUPA.

Undoubtedly, Galaxy S3 wins the battle as it has a primary 12-megapixel camera. The device's camera system also packs features like autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch-focus, face and smile detection, and image stabilization. It sports an amazing video HD recording of 1080p. The smartphone also has a 2-megapixel secondary camera.

In comparison, Galaxy S Blaze 4G has a primary camera of 5-megapixel with video recording of 720p and a secondary camera of 1.3-megapixel. The quality of pictures taken with Galaxy S Blaze 4G is not as awesome as those taken with Galaxy S3.

Galaxy S Blaze 4G will run on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), which could disappoint Android fans, since it is an old version.

Both the devices allow an internal storage of 16 and 32 GB. But the Galaxy S3 packs a 2 GB RAM, which is higher than Galaxy S Blaze 4G, which packs 1 GB RAM.
