Samsung Galaxy S3, which has already generated significant interest among smartphone enthusiasts, is all set to carry on the legacy of Galaxy S2 and become the best device in the history of Android phones believe smartphone lovers.

Meanwhile, some images of its upcoming Blackberry 10 smartphone, codenamed Blackberry London, got leaked on BlackBerry's news Web site crackberry.com. The images, however, did not appeal to the phone lovers much as the device looked like a miniature of BlackBerry PlayBook tablet with the same rounded corners and an all-black look. But it is believed that the company will provide some great features with their new release to make this phone their best bet in their recent trying times.

As RIM has not made any official announcement about the launch of the phone, speculations are rife about the new BlackBerry device. If latest rumors are to be believed, the phone will be launched in the UK first and then enter the U.S. market. BlackBerry London is expected to be released in the last quarter of 2012.

Display: The Galaxy S3 is rumored to have a 4.6-inch HD 1280 x 720 pixels Super AMOLED Plus capacitive TouchWiz screen, with 319 ppi pixel density. The Corning Gorilla Glass, used in the Galaxy S2, will also be used in the Galaxy S3. Whereas BlackBerry London is expected to have a 4.3-inch touchscreen sporting a Waterloo look.

It is speculated that the Galaxy S3 will have an updated TouchWiz version 5.0 User Interface, while BlackBerry London will have QNX UI.

Processor: The new Galaxy S3 will feature a quad-core, Exynos 4212/ Exyos 5250, 2GHz/ 1.8GHz processor with 2GB RAM and BlackBerry London will have a dual core TI OMAP 1.5GHz.

Operating System: The Galaxy S3 is expected to come with the Ice Cream Sandwich OS, which is known as Google's most ambitious release to date. On the other hand, the new BB London will run on Blackberry 10 operating systems, which have been awarded FIPS 140-2 certification by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC).

Memory: The Galaxy S3 will have 16/32/64GB storage configurations and an external microSD card expandable up to 64GB. According to various rumors, BlackBerry London will come with 16GB of onboard storage and slot for microSD cards for up to 32GB storage.

Camera: The Galaxy S3, according to rumors, will feature a 12 megapixel 4000x3000 pixels, LED flash camera with 1080p video capture and an additional 2 megapixel front-facing camera for video chats. On the other hand, BlackBerry London will pack an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus, geo-tagging and LED flash features. It will also have a secondary front-facing 2 megapixel camera for video call.

It is rumored that Samsung Galaxy S3 will come with both 4G LTE support and NFC. The phone will also sport a 2250mAh battery and is anticipated to feature the revolutionary wireless charging technology. This technology will help the device to not only charge the battery without the use of cables or plugs but also share, sync or back-up data at the same time.
