Cnet UK predicts that the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone will come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage -- plenty of power for most users. It's also rumored that the hone will have a 12-megapixel rear camera, which would be a step up from the 8-megapixel camera tha the Galaxy S2 has. Although it hasn't been confirmed, many are suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be released on May 22 at a media event in London.

HTC One X

While most mobile device fanatics are focusing on the ongoing battle between Apple and Samsung, others are looking to  HTC for the next state-of-the-art smartphone. One of its latest models, the HTC One X launched at Mobile World Congress.

The smartphone packs a 4.7-inch screen with 720p high-definition resolution, much like the Samsung Galaxy S3's rumored screen. HTC has been known for making sleek casing and this phone appears to be no different.
