A number of specifications claimed to belong to the Samsung (KRX:005935) Galaxy S5 Zoom surfaced on the Internet on Friday, lending credibility to rumors suggesting that the company could use the Galaxy S5 moniker for other devices like the Korean company did while introducing the Galaxy S4 Zoom (SM-C101) last year.
According to a new listing on GFXBench, the Galaxy S5 Zoom could carry the model number SM-C115 and will run on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The device could feature a 19-megapixel rear camera with 5184x3888 sensor resolution, compared to the 16-megapixel back camera, with 4608х3456 sensor resolution, found in the S4 Zoom.
The Galaxy S5 Zoom is also expected to sport a 4.8-inch display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, which is a significant improvement from the S4 Zoom’s 4.3-inch display that comes with a 960X540 resolution.
In addition, the Galaxy S5 Zoom is likely to be powered by a Exynos 5 Hexa processor, clocking at 1.3GHz. Other key features of the device, listed by GFXBench, include ARM Mali T-624 graphics, 2GB of RAM and a 2MP front-facing camera.

There is a possibility that the device listed by GFXBench is a prototype, and that the final product could be a lot different from what is shown in the listing in question. But, given the fact that Samsung was recently rumored to be working on a Galaxy S5 mini, a Galaxy S5 Zoom cannot be completely ruled out.
