Sarah Jessica Parker didn't let her former “Sex and the City” co-star Kim Cattrall's 60th birthday pass without a special greeting from her "ol' pal."

Parker took to Instagram to share her message. Posting a photo of Catrall, Parker said: “Happy birthday you beauty. Sending love and the very best for a perfectly marvelous, joyous, healthy and adventure filled birthday year. Your ol' pal, fellow mischief maker and 'sister', Sj xxx.”

While the two spent years together working on the HBO series as well as two movie spin-offs, there had been rumors that they were not in good terms in real life. Aside from undisclosed reasons, the two reportedly had a falling out because Parker was given a bigger paycheck than Cattrall for the final season of “Sex and the City.”

Parker and Cattrall were not the only co-stars who were rumored to have had a rift. Cattrall also reportedly had a problem with Kristin Davis, according to Daily Mail.

“There was a very strange piece in one of the tabloids that said Kim and I would eat in the restaurant of our hotel and not sit together, which cracks me up,” Davis said. “When I would get back from the set, I would go to the gym and get room service. I'm not a put-on-decent-clothes-and-go-to-the-hotel-restaurant person. But Kim is. The story was that we don't like each other. Ridiculous.”

Cattrall has also refuted the rumors. Speaking to The Mail on Sunday, the actress said the stories swirling about her and her castmates are just an attempt to start something out of nothing. Cattrall added that people are just not used to the idea of two successful women getting along just fine.

“She and I are sick of this,” Cattrall said, on behalf of Parker. “It's exhausting to talk about it, and a real bore. Next?”
