Sarah Palin may be ready to tell her story in print, according to reports.

The former GOP vice presidential candidate has apparently enlisted the help of superstar Washington attorney Robert Barnett, who has brokered book deals for such political A-listers as President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Barnett has also handled TV deals for a variety of top anchors and reporters such as Brian Williams, Lesley Stahl, Neil Cavuto, Christiane Amanpour and Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

In recent months, she is reported to have said she wants at least $11 million for her memoirs, though she could get far less. Former First Lady Laura Bush just sold her memoirs for less than $2 million.

Throughout the campaign, McCain strategists kept her under wraps by carefully planning her appearances in a bid to protect her from scrutiny.

Actress Tina Fey did several impersonations of her on Saturday Night Life, poking fun at her comments on Russia, the economy and politics.
