“Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update” hosts Colin Jost and Michael Che addressed hot topics in the news like Charles Manson’s upcoming marriage to Star Burton and the Bill Cosby rape allegations during the Nov. 22 episode.

Taran Killam and Cecily Strong joined the two hosts as 80-year-old cult leader Charles Manson and his 26-year-old bride-to-be, Star Burton. The two “love birds” took to the “Weekend Update” skit to tell the “SNL” audience their “story” and just how in love they truly are.

“I love this woman,” Killam’s Manson told viewers, letting out a frightening laugh. “I’m over the moon in love and I just want to kill the world about it… tell the world about it.”

Strong’s Star Burton continued by telling Colin Jost what she loves about Manson – from his “manly beard” and “winning smile,” to “the way his empty, black eyes dart around like hagfish in a bucket.” The only issue? Star seems to think that her fiancé is in jail for “income tax evasion.”

“Saturday Night Live” cast member Michael Che also addressed the Bill Cosby rape allegations during the “Weekend Update” segment. The show didn’t invite a fake Cosby out to make a statement, but instead chose to let Che briefly talk about the claims of sexual abuse against the 77-year-old comedian.

“In the wake of allegations against Bill Cosby, TV Land pulled all reruns of the Cosby show,” Che informed “SNL” viewers. “And I don’t know how to feel about that because I don’t know Bill Cosby, but Cliff Huxtable practically raised me. I love that dude. And the only thing he ever tried to sneak when people were asleep was a hoagie.”
