Scottish singer Susan Boyle, who was catapulted to stardom following her appearance on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2009, wants to settle down, but she claims her busy work schedule leaves her no time to find a man.

Boyle, whose first-ever solo concert series, 'Susan Boyle In Concert,' will commence on July 8, told The Sun that she has asked her friends to find her a good man with whom she can settle down.

“I want to find a man but it’s hard with all the travelling I do. I really want to start going on dates and I’ve asked my friends to set me up with a good man - if they can find one,” she told The Sun. "I’d like to settle down one day."

According to the report, the 52-year-old expressed a desire to find a man after playing the on-screen wife of James Cosmo in her debut movie, ‘The Christmas Candle.'

“I had to kiss him, too, as we had a kissing scene. It was my first on-screen kiss. It was lovely,” Boyle told The Sun. “I didn’t know about the kissing scene when I signed up, but I wasn’t complaining.”

Boyle, who has released four albums since her ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ days, is currently gearing up for her first-ever solo concert tour and The Christian Science Monitor reports that 98 percent of its tickets are sold out. The concert tour, which will take Boyle all over Scotland, will feature songs from her albums as well as numbers by other artists, a spokesperson for the singer told The Christian Science Monitor.

“Audiences can expect something from her past four albums, and something different. There will be a complete range of music, from Tina Turner to Adele. This tour is her way of thanking the Scottish public for their support since Britain’s Got Talent. They have been unbelievable,” the spokesperson said.
