“Scream Queens” has cast another “Saturday Night Live” star.

TVLine confirmed on Tuesday, Aug. 22, that Cheri Oteri will appear in Season 2 of the Fox series in an unspecified guest role.

A day before the confirmation of her casting, the 53-year-old actress tweeted a photo of herself on the “Scream Queens” set alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, who plays Cathy Munsch on the comedy-horror series.

“Not enough O's in the word cool to describe this Girl. One of the Good Ones. Love her‼ @jamieleecurtis,” Oteri captioned the pic.

One week ago, Curtis also posted a photo of Oteri on Instagram. “Please come again. We can't stop loving you! @cheri_oteri @screamqueensfox #screamqueens #funnylady,” Curtis wrote alongside the on-set snap.

Oteri appeared in 98 episodes of “SNL” from 1995 to 2000. During her stint on the show, Oteri played a number of original characters like Spartan Cheerleader Arianna, mean Philadelphia woman Rita DelVecchio, prescription pill-addict Collette Reardon and erotic attic boutique owner Joy Lipton, among many others. She also did impressions of several celebrities, including Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Barbara Walters, Tori Spelling and Yoko Ono.

Oteri, whose other acting credits include “Shrek the Third,” “Scary Movie” and “Inspector Gadget,” is the second “SNL” comedienne to join the sophomore run of “Scream Queens.” During the show’s San Diego Comic-Con panel last month, it was announced that Cecily Strong will guest-star as a patient in the upcoming installment.

During a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series creator Ryan Murphy praised Strong’s performance in the Season 2 premiere of show.

“Cecily Strong from ‘Saturday Night Live’ … is f—ing brilliant in our first episode,” Murphy told the news outlet, noting that casting great comedic actors like her is part of their plan to widen the audience of the comedy-horror series.

In addition to Oteri and Strong, other new actors joining the show for Season 2 are John Stamos (Dr. Brock Holt), Taylor Lautner (Dr. Cassidy Cascade), James Earl (Candy Striper), Colton Haynes, Laura Bell Bundy and Jerry O'Connell.

Besides Curtis , other returning original cast members are Emma Roberts (Chanel), Lea Michele (Hester), Billie Lourd (Chanel #3/Sadie Swenson), Abigail Breslin (Chanel #5/Libby Putney), Keke Palmer (Zayday), Glen Powell (Chad Radwell) and Niecy Nash (Denise Hemphill).

“Scream Queens” Season 2 premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 9 p.m. on FOX.
