Dr. Holt’s (John Stamos) “serial killer” right hand becomes even more uncontrollable in Season 2, Episode 7 of “Scream Queens.”

The synopsis for the episode, aptly titled “The Hand,” reveals that Dr. Holt’s right hand — which originally belonged to a squash player who murdered his rivals — starts to show a wilder and more dangerous personality. The hand in question gets too unmanageable that it begins to move on its own even when Dr. Holt is deep asleep.

Unfortunately for Dr. Holt — in an attempt to earn positive press for the C.U.R.E. institute — Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) asks him to perform a “risky surgery” in the episode. But will the surgery be successful if he can’t completely control his own hand?

Fans first witnessed the bizarre movements of Dr. Holt’s right hand in Season 2, Episode 2, titled “Warts and All.” In the episode, Dr. Holt and Chanel (Emma Roberts) went to a movie theater to watch the 1981 psychological horror film “The Hand.” While sitting next to each other, Dr. Holt felt an odd sensation in his right hand, which caused him to unintentionally grope Chanel’s boob. Further into the movie, Dr. Holt lost control of his hand once again and snatched licorice from the man behind him.

Also in episode 7, Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) convinces Cassidy (Taylor Lautner) to undergo a psych test to find the cause of his condition. In Season 2, Episode 2, titled “Handidates,” Cassidy confessed to Chanel #3 that he is “dead” and has actually died from choking on his own vomit. Cassidy admitted that he doesn’t know much about his condition, and since Chanel #3 has grown closer to him, she has also become interested in finding out what really makes him “dead.”

“Scream Queens” Season 2, Episode 7 airs on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
