Leon Washington will be sticking around the Pacific Northwest for a while.

The sixth-year running back has agreed to a four-year, $12.5 million contract with the Seahawks, according to multiple sources.

The contract also includes $3.5 million that could from incentives based on his performance as a running back.

The 28-year old ran three kickoffs for touchdowns last season for a Seahawks team that many believed over-achieved by going deep into the playoffs.

Washington ran for 100 yards on 27 carries this past season.

The former New York Jet was acquired by Seattle for a low-round draft pick after suffering a compound leg fracture.
