The baseball season is finally underway. Unfortunately, most people have not been unable to see the start of the MLB season.

The Mariners and Athletics are starting the year with a two-game series in Japan.

Seattle took the first game 3-1. The game went to extra innings, with Dustin Ackley driving in what proved to be the game winner in the 11 th inning. Ichiro Suzuki registered four hits in his return to Japan.

The game will be shown on tape delay on MLB network at 9 a.m. ET.
