"Shameless" Season 6 Spoilers
Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) will find a new calling in Season 6, episode 10 of “Shameless.” Showtime

Wedding bells are in the air — several of them! In episode 10 of “Shameless,” audiences can expect the South Side of Chicago to celebrate the union of two couples. That’s right, not only are Fiona (Emmy Rossum) and Sean (Dermot Mulroney) getting hitched in Season 6 of the Showtime series, but V (Shonola Hampton) and Svetlana (Isidora Goreshter) are also tying the knot.

In episode 9, Kev (Steve Howey) accidentally spilled the beans to a customer (who just so happens to work for Citizenship and Immigration Services) that his tip-thieving bartender isn’t exactly living legally in the United States. With deportation hanging over Svetlana’s head, Kev and V concoct a plan to make their employee a full-blown, green card-carrying citizen by marrying her — and it’s V who decides to walk down the aisle with her Russian bride (something Kev isn’t thrilled with).

As V and Svetlana prepare to get married as quickly as possible in episode 10, titled “Paradise Lost,” Fiona opts to slow down and take her time with her impending nuptials. According to the synopsis of the upcoming installment, Fiona is determined to have a traditional wedding, which means getting married in a church and waiting until her wedding night to have sex.

But flower arrangements and cake tastings will be put on hold when Debbie’s (Emma Kinney) water breaks. In a promo video for episode 10, it’s revealed that Debbie will welcome her little bundle ... on what looks like Fiona’s kitchen table. The Gallagher clan surrounds the screaming young woman as she prepares to give birth to another member of their large, chaotic brood.

Meanwhile, Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) will take a break from washing dishes in Sean’s restaurant to solve crime. In the forthcoming installment, the former convict spends quality time with his girlfriend’s “a------” father, who is also a police officer. And while Carl isn’t exactly excited to ride around with a cop who has it out for “clean thugs,” it’s during their time together that Carl finds out he’s much better at fighting crime than partaking in it.

“Shameless” airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
