RTTNews - Singapore is scheduled to release June numbers for industrial production on Friday, headlining a light day for Asian economic news.

Analysts are expecting a decline of 6.4 percent on year following the 2 percent annual expansion in May. Seasonally adjusted, output is called lower by 6.2 percent on month after the 1.6 percent decline in the previous month.

Thailand will announce foreign reserves numbers for the week ending July 17. Forecasts call for an increase of 120.1 percent on year following the 120.5 percent annual expansion in the previous week.

Japan will release its all industry activity index for May. Analysts are predicting an increase of 0.90 percent on month after the 2.60 percent increase in April.

South Korea will release Q2 gross domestic product figures, with analysts predicting a 2.2 percent expansion on quarter, following a 0.1 percent quarterly increase.
