SEOUL - South Korea's top mobile carrier SK Telecom Co Ltd (017670.KS) has reached an agreement to buy a 49 percent stake in Hana Financial Group's (086790.KS) credit card unit for about 400 billion won ($343.5 million), Yonhap news reported on Friday.

Hana Financial is set to approve the deal at a board meeting later in the day, the news agency quoted an unnamed source close to the negotiations as saying.
