Sleepy Hollow
Ichabod's (Tom Mison, pictured here) son Henry Parrish (John Noble) returns to “Sleepy Hollow” to help team witness save his father in Season 4, episode 12. Tina Rowden/Fox

“Sleepy Hollow” ended last week’s episode on a shocking twist. Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) was shot with a unique gun that resurrects the horseman of war. That’s right: The former revolutionary war soldier is now the horseman of war. He is the fourth horseman that tech billionaire Malcom Dreyfuss (Jeremy Davies) has resurrected. Hence, this completes his plan to bring the four horsemen of the apocalypse on Earth.

Equally shocking was the fact that a mysterious woman named Lara (Seychelle Gabriel) suddenly broke into the vault and tried to stop Malcolm from implementing his plans to dominate the world. Lara is none other than Molly (Oona Yaffe) from the future.

What will happen this week on the Fox series?

Henry Parrish (John Noble) is back in “Sleepy Hollow” Season 4, episode 12. Ichabod’s son will soon catch up on everything that has happened to his father. He will team up with Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood), Diana (Janina Gavankar), Jake (Jerry MacKinnon) and Alex (Rachel Melvin) to save his father from a horrible fate.

The upcoming episode, titled “Tomorrow,” will also show Lara, a.k.a. an older Molly from the future, work alongside team witness. In her future, Malcolm is a tyrant and democracy is dead. Apparently, Malcolm made Diana the horseman of war and then became a father to her. Given that she didn’t grow up with a father, Dreyfuss cleverly used this weakness to get close to her. But she eventually understood that he isn’t one of good guys.

Episode 12 serves as the penultimate episode of “Sleepy Hollow” Season 4. Friday’s episode of the Fox show drew 1.88 million viewers and a 0.4 rating, according to a report by TVLine.

“Sleepy Hollow” airs Fridays at 9 p.m. EDT on Fox.
