Slimmed-Down Jonah Hill is Dating Dustin Hoffman’s Daughter

Funny man Jonah Hill, who by the looks of it has dropped at least half of his body weight over the past two years, is dating Dustin Hoffman's daughter, Ali.

They grew up together and they have been dating for a bit, a source told Us Weekly.

Ali, short for Alexandra, is one of Hoffman's two daughters with second wife, Lisa.

The Hill-Hoffman family connection goes back many years, apparently. Jonah Hill and Hoffman's son, Jake, reportedly went to high school together, and Hoffman was a co-star in I Heart Huckabees -- which was Hill's first film role. Dustin discovered Jonah when [Jonah and Jake] were in high school, a sources told the New York Post.

The report of the new romance comes a few months after news broke that Hill and longtime girlfriend Jordan Klein had split.

Hill, who starred and soared in hit comedies such as Superbad and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, is quickly establishing himself as an actor to be taken seriously.

He most recently costarred with Brad Pitt in the hit baseball film Moneyball and played the title role in the comedy The Sitter.

He'll star alongside Channing Tatum -- and finally show off his new physique on film -- in the action comedy 21 Jump Street in March, based off of the old television series.

As for potential father-in-law Dustin Hoffman, he most recently reprised his role as the voice of Shifu in Kung Fu Panda 2.

His latest project is the upcoming HBO series Luck, which delves into the world of horse racing.
