RTTNews - Slovak economic sentiment indicator increased to a seasonally adjusted 73.2 in August from 70.1 in July, the Statistical Office said on Friday. The sentiment indicator in July was revised from 70.2 percentage points reported earlier.

The industrial confidence indicator dropped to minus 9 in August from a revised minus 8.7 in July, while construction confidence indicator increased to minus 51 in August from minus 52.5 in July

At the same time, retail trade confidence increased to minus 14.7 from minus 22.7 in July and services confidence indicator rose to minus 16.7 from minus 22 in July.

Meanwhile, the consumer confidence indicator dropped slightly to minus 32.7 in August from minus 32.2 in July.
