Tuesday, a report from the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic said the producer prices for the domestic market rose 0.5% year-on-year in March, slowing from a 1.8% rise in the previous month.

In March, producer prices for mining and quarrying rose 12% annually compared to a 14.2% climb in February. However, producer prices for manufacturing dropped 5.2% compared to a 4.6% decline in the previous month.

Meanwhile, producer prices fell 1.1% month-on-month in March, reversing a 0.5% increase in February.
