RTTNews - Friday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said that industrial turnover dropped a working day adjusted 24% year-on-year in April, after falling 18.9% in March.

Manufacturing turnover slipped 24.1% annually in April, while mining and quarrying turnover declined 20.2%.

Month-on-month, industrial turnover declined a seasonally adjusted 3% in April, compared with a 0.9% in March.

During the January to April period, industrial turnover dipped 22% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Meanwhile, new orders plunged a working day adjusted 44.4% year-on-year in April, compared to a 40.5% drop in the preceding month. On a monthly basis, new orders increased a seasonally adjusted 4.1%.
