RTTNews - Monday, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia announced that the seasonally adjusted economic sentiment indicator rose by 3 percentage points in May compared to the previous month. This was mainly due to increase in services and consumer confidence indicator.

In May, the confidence indicator in manufacturing increased by 1-percentage points compared to the previous month. The construction confidence increased by 5 percentage points, while the service confidence indicator increased by 6 percentage points.

Meanwhile, the consumer confidence indicator increased by 10 percentage points in May from April, to reach its highest value since October 2008, the statistical office said.
