“Jersey Shore” reality show star Snooki has some pregnancy and parenting advice for Kate Middleton.

“It’s hard, but don’t stress out!” Snooki told the New York Daily News. “Enjoy your pregnancy and be excited.”

St. James's Palace in London announced Monday that the Middleton is expecting she and Prince William’s first child. It was also reported that she was hospitalized for an extreme morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum.

Despite her early pregnancy ailments, the palace reports both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted at their baby news. The two are supposedly planning to move from their honeymoon cottage in Wales to a “secure environment,” in preparation for the baby, before settling into their apartment in London's Kensington Palace that is currently under renovation.

Snooki, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, gives her congratulations to Middleton and Prince William, as well as some tips that she’s learned, as she, just four months ago, gave birth to her son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle.

“Congrats to Will and Kate. I’m sure she will be an amazing mom,” she said.

Polizzi says she plans to raise her son out of the public eye and suggests that the high profile mom savor the early months of the baby’s life.

“Enjoy your time at home — or the castle, in her case — with the baby,” she said. “Especially the first few months.”

The former party girl advises that Middleton breastfeed, recommending the Boppy pillow, C-shaped cushion wraps around the mother’s waist, as a nursing aid.

“Every new mom should have one,” Snooki said.

Timing suggests that the royal baby may be born sometime around May; near the time Kate and William will celebrate their second wedding anniversary.

Snooki, who enjoys sharing photos of herself with her little one via social media, gives the parents to be the most simple advice that she practices.

“You’ll get to know him/her, keep them safe and fall more in love each day!” she said.
