2/19/2008 – GBP/CHF – The GBP/CHF daily chart, as shown, is continuing to display a horizontal trading range that just won’t quit, much like other currently consolidating sterling crosses. This approximately 500-pip range span has upper and lower horizontal borders that have been hit at least five times each. In retrospect, this price action has represented a solid range-trading opportunity in the past month or so, as the two sides of the range are so clear and well-defined. At the same time, however, it may be viewed as even a better breakout-trading opportunity. Price has been confined in these comparatively low volatility conditions for more than a month now, so any true breakout with momentum should take the pair relatively far in one general direction. Indeed, we can see that the two previous consolidations visible on the chart (both of which were triangles) resulted in rather fast and drastic, uni-directional price moves. A breakout above the current horizontal range should target initial resistance around the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level (the high-to-low retracement span being measured from the swing high on 12/12/2007 to the current range low). On a breakdown below the range, however, there is not much in the way of known support to the downside, as price has not reached these depths for many years.

Ever since Snooki achieved her weight loss and slimmed down to a skinny goal weight of 98 pounds, there seems to be this new found confidence in the already energetic and upbeat Jersey Shore star.
Snooki is beginning to come into her own, making better and cute outfit choices that perfectly fit her petit frame. There is a glow about the fun-loving and bold star who has suddenly become an inspiration to many because of her amazing transformation.
Last June, Us Weekly reported that the guidette, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, didn't like what she sees whenever she looked in the mirror.
I decided to go on a diet because filming the show you drink a lot, you party, you eat really bad food. And I pretty much realize that I'm over my limit right now, Snooki said. I used to be fit. I used to be ripped. I was as a cheerleader. I was gymnast. I was like 90 pounds. I was in really good shape. And now I look at myself I am like 'Oh my God. What the hell happened?'
At the time Snooki was 22 and she admitted that in high school she had an eating problem that caused her weight to plunge to 80 pounds.
Snooki, who is 4 feet 9 inches tall, told the magazine that she would ideally like to be at 100 pounds. She was 110 pounds when she spoke with the magazine.
Some of the changes she made included cutting down on the number of drink she would have when out partying.
Snooki told Us Weekly she was also on Dr. Siegal's cookie diet where she would eat only one meal a day (usually chicken) and have six cookies. The cookies is said to suppress hunger and contain beef and milk protein. They each contain about 11 grams of carbohydrates and 90 calories, according to Us Weekly.
Snooki also made other lifestyle changes including exercising (she tweeted about late night gym sessions) and eating well. She also exercises with her boyfriend Jionni LaValle.
Mad at Jionni for going tanning without me, Snooki tweeted on Dec. 5.
We also cannot forget Snooki's tweet last September, about weight loss pill Zantrez-3, which she said gave her energy to work out.
With a stunning and slim new figure, Snooki is no longer the joke of blog headlines that used to criticize her for her weight. Instead, people just cannot stop talking about how gorgeous she looks. The reality TV show star has also said she is looking forward to getting toned.
