WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD. Do NOT continue reading if you have not watched episode 4 of “Sons of Anarchy.”

“Sons of Anarchy” had its first big kill(s) of season 6 on Tuesday in episode 4, “Wolfsangel” -- and in true “Sons of Anarchy” fashion, the deaths were brutal and bloody.

Who kicked the bucket?

For starters, creator Kurt Sutter … kind of. For those that don’t know, Sutter is a renaissance man on his hit FX series. Besides directing and writing, the creator also plays Otto Delany, a SAMCRO member who has sat behind bars. Appearing on “Sons of Anarchy” since season 1, Otto died in episode 4 of season 6 … but he didn’t go down alone.

In a crazy twist, Toric tried to get Clay to turn against the club by using Otto … who has definitely not had the easiest of times in prison. But despite Toric telling Clay that he could end up like Otto, Clay refused to snitch on SAMCRO. Before Clay and Otto part ways, Clay slips his old buddy a knife as a way for him to end his life … but Otto has other plans for the blade.

When Toric visits Otto to give him one more chance to sell out Clay, Otto tricks him into believing he’ll do it. Beginning to write out his confessions, Otto surprises Toric by brutally stabbing him three times.

“Wow,” Toric says, dying. “I didn’t see that coming.”

Covered in blood, Otto doesn’t take any chances of letting Toric live, and finished off the retired U.S. marshal by slitting his throat.

But how did Otto end up dying in “Wolfsangel”? By getting gunned down by the police.
