A South Carolina man was arrested on domestic violence and assault charges after he allegedly beat his girlfriend because she continued having sex with her female cousin when he “finished.”

Jerry Antone Jenkins, 25, of Myrtle Beach, allegedly became so enraged at his girlfriend that he dragged her off the bed by her hair and hit her several times on the face and neck and kicked her in the stomach, according to a police report filed by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office and obtained Thursday by the Smoking Gun.

“Victim and witness [the cousin] stated that they woke up [Sunday] morning and decided to have a ‘threesome’ and then proceeded to have sex with each other,” the complaint stated. “The victim then stated that once the suspect had finished, she and the witness continued having oral sex with each other. They then stated that this angered the suspect, who entered the bedroom where they were at and drug [sic] the victim by her hair off the bed, and struck her several times on the head and face.”

One of the deputies responding to the incident said they saw a three-inch scratch mark on the side of the 31-year-old victim’s neck. The victim told authorities that she had to scratch at his face to get him off of her.

Jenkins allegedly told a deputy that he “had become verbal” toward the victim and her cousin “due to their continuing to have sex without him,” but he denied attacking his girlfriend. Authorities determined the 25-year-old Myrtle Beach man was the “primary aggressor” in the incident and booked him on simple assault charges.

Immediately after being released from jail, Jenkins allegedly had another altercation with his girlfriend, another incident report showed.

The victim called authorities around 8 p.m. Sunday, claiming Jenkins “came straight to the residence with his mother and father and assaulted her again,” the report stated.

The girlfriend said she was in the bathroom by her bedroom when Jenkins allegedly barged in and demanded her debit card. After she refused, Jenkins allegedly grabbed her and pulled her to the ground, leading her to fall on her left shoulder. He then allegedly struck her a couple of times in the chest before grabbing her cell phone and the keys to her car.

Jenkins then allegedly fled the scene in the vehicle, prompting his girlfriend to call police again.

Authorities eventually caught Jenkins and placed him into custody. He was booked on criminal domestic violence charges and remains in jail as of Thursday, according to records from the sheriff’s office.
