The U.S economy released this morning August's S&P CaseShiller 20 City monthly basis index where it plunged to -0.050 from the prior revised estimate of -0.15% and below the 0.10 percent forecasted in markets.

July S&P CaseShiller Composite 20 plunged on yearly basis to come out at -3.80% compared to the prior revised estimate of -4.21%but also below forecasted slump of -3.50%.
