Have you ever dreamed that your laptop can function with two screens displaying different contents?

Now the dream is true. A company called gScreen, which focuses on specially designed hardware, has created the Spacebook, a laptop that allows users to have two displays running side by side simultaneously, tgdaily.com reported.

Both screens have 1920*1080 resolution and measure in at 17.3 inches. This big guy weights around 10 pounds.

The Sapcebook has configuration available for an Intel i5 or i7 processor, DDR3 RAM of up to 8GB, and Nvidia's GeForce GTS 250M graphics. It also comes with a 500 GB hard drive. Beyond that, it has HDMI output, a Super-Multi DVD drive, and three USB ports.

But the main benefit is that the laptop can be used as a normal 17-inch computer so that you won't feel self-conscious when taking it to the library.

The second display stays powered off when hidden in order to save battery life. The company did not say how long the included battery can last with both screens on, but don't expect it to withstand too much.

The Spacebook is now available for pre-order with prices ranging from $2,395 to $2,795 based on the specific configuration.
