Spain consumer prices decline

Spain released its CPI for September coming in at -0.2% inline with expectations and worse than the prior 0.3% while on the year it fell to -1.0% from -0.8% yet was similar with predictions.

Core CPI was also released for September at -0.1% lower than the prior and forecasted readings of 0.1% while yearly it declined to 0.1% from 0.4% and is worse than the projected reading of 0.3 percent.

CPI EU-Harmonized for September tumbled to -0.2% equivalent with estimates yet lower than August's reading of 0.4%, on the year it was unchanged at -1.0% which was also what was predicted in markets.
