Spain not ready to contribute to Opel deal
Spanish Industry Minister Miguel Sebastian said on Friday that his country had to be convinced of the business plan for Magna's planned takeover of Opel before it was prepared to discuss a financial contribution.
We are not at that stage yet, Sebastian said at a news conference in Berlin after meeting Magna chief Siegfried Wolf.
Sebastian said there would be further talks between Spain and Magna on Tuesday in Madrid.
