Barcelona's main man Lionel Messi has set his targets at the beginning stage of the season relishing the challenge to win all the trophies. Messi claimed that Spanish Giants are looking forward for the new challenge after failing to win the La Liga and Champions League last season.
Barcelona missed the Champions League Final after they were defeated by English Giants Chelsea. Messi missed a crucial penalty in the game at Camp Nou during the second leg of Champions League Semi-Final against the current European Champions.
"Obviously I would have liked to win the Champions League and as always win everything" Messi said.
"Not beating Chelsea and reaching the final was painful for us, and for me especially having missed a penalty. But this year we will go for it all again, we are prepared."
Messi and Barcelona players are under the guidance of their new manager Tito Vilanova and the Argentine claimed Vilanova has a different personality than Pep Guardiola, however Vilanova's approach to football is the same.
"They are different personalities, but the philosophy is identical. The same people are working with Tito. Everyone has their own way of seeing things, to transmit. And yes they are different" Messi went on to add.
Barcelona are one of the favorites to win this season's Champions League. Vilanova's men have a tough task ahead as they are aware that it will not be an easy job.
