Premier League is back. After the first week which had lots of exciting matches the second week promises to be a exciting one with Liverpool facing Champions and Newcastle facing Chelsea. Not to forget United play the first game at home. Here are the previews for this week's matches.

 Swansea vs. West Ham

Swansea continued from where they left off last season. Spanish recruit Michu is again expected to play a big role in front of the home fans. Eyes will be on Scott Sinclair after he refused to sign a new contract. West Ham would have to be patient against Swansea side who regularly dominates possession. They have got easiest opening run amongst the promoted side and would like to notch up a few points before they face big boys of the league. Kevin Nolan would be the man to watch for West ham. Odds in favor of Swansea to pick another 3 points.

Aston Villa vs. Everton

Villa lost to West Ham in a tightly contested match. Manager Paul Lambert will have Darren Bent, Stephen Ireland, new signing Brett Holman and N'Zogbia as the main attacking threats. The concern for Villa fans is that after dominating 66 % of possession there were no goals up front. Everton have not beaten Villa in last 11 league meetings and not won at Villa Park since 2005. But after the fantastic victory against Manchester United things could change a little. Everton have injury concerns in form of Nikica Jelavic and Sylvain Distin.

Manchester United vs. Fulham

United would like to get to winning ways in front of home fans. Shinji Kagawa showed some neat touches against Everton. Robin Van Persie is expected to play a bigger role this time with even a start possible this time. Even with defensive problems United look formidable. Jonny Evans might return to shore up the defense. Martin Jol's Fulham were impressive in the 1st game. Mladen Petric will have an important role to play. Expect United to go all attack against Fulham.

Norwich vs. QPR

Norwich City welcomes Queens Park Rangers on Saturday with both sides looking to avenge their disastrous opening day defeats. Norwich completed the double against QPR last season, recording two 2-1 victories. New signings Michael Turner and Robert Snodgrass are expected to feature for Norwich. For QPR after last week's humiliation they have signed Ricardo Carvalho to shore up the defense. There will be goals in this fixture with both sides looking for 3 points.

 Southampton vs. Wigan

Southampton came within a whisker of taking all three points against Man City. They played an entertaining brand of football on return to Premier League and expect them to do same at home against Wigan. Steven Davis would again play a key role after scoring against City. Wigan never recovered against Chelsea after the two goals in opening 6 minutes. There are a few injury woes for Wigan with Shaun Maloney and James McArthur. Victor Moses and Di Santo would be the key men up front for Wigan.  Southampton favorites for this one.

Sunderland vs. Reading

Sunderland salvaged a draw in opening fixture. Wes Brown and Louis Saha are expected to play a part in the match. Carlos Cuellar was outstanding against Arsenal and he seems confident about his side's chances against Reading. A draw and a mid-week defeat in opening matches for Reading. Welcome to Premier League Reading. Reading were good against Chelsea with goals from Pavel Pogrebnyak and Danny Guthrie. 3 games in 7 days seems a tall order for newly promoted Reading. Sunderland tipped for this one.

Tottenham HotSpur vs. West Brom

Spurs secured the services of Emanuel Adebayor. Andre Villas-Boas would like to get a first win in front of Home fans. Luka Modric is still expected to be absent as his transfer saga continues. Eyes will be on Gareth Bale and Gylfi Sigurdsson and how they link up with the forwards. West Brom scored an emphatic win over Liverpool. Romelu Lukaku would be the player to match after his superb display against Liverpool.  An exciting match in prospect.

Chelsea vs. NewCastle

Chelsea has 2 victories under their belt and had a solid start to the season. Although a striker short but the midfield compensates for it. Any team with Lampard, Mata, Ramires, Hazard, Oscar and Merieles will make opposition worry. They face Newcastle who continued their good run since last season. Papiss Cisse and Demba Ba will be a constant threat for the Chelsea defense. Cheik Tiote will play a key role in midfield for Newcastle. This one promises to be an exciting match with winner will be the one who dominates the midfield.

Stoke City vs. Arsenal

Stoke and Arsenal both were held to draws in the opening match. Arsenal has won just once in their last four visits to the Britannia stadium. Geoff Cameron is expected to make his debut alongside Glenn Whelan in the midfield. Jonathan Walters will line up behind Peter Crouch. For Arsenal Santi Cazorla's form will be encouraging. Gervinho and Lukas Podolski will once again start upfront. Abou Diaby may start his second game in a row. Mikel Arteta will share the defensive responsibilities following Alex Song's departure. Arsenal favorites for this one.

 Liverpool vs. Manchester City

Liverpool will be looking to rebound from the disappointing loss last Saturday. They will be without Daniel Agger in defense. Liverpool have played well against the top sides last season and you can expect Brendan Rogers side to pack a punch against City. City survived a scare against Southampton. They will be without Sergio Aguero who is out injured. Edin Dzeko is expected to line up with Carlos Tevez upfront. This will be a fast paced match with lots of flying tackles and goals.
