Bayern Munich is looking unstoppable at the moment, 20 point margin ahead of last season’s champion Burussia Dortmund is already a statement to teams that they have arrived. The Bavarians are in their best form in a very long time. If they eventually win the league which is looking very likely, it will be a very good end for Jupp Heynckes and a good way to welcome Pepp Guardiola. They have extended their superlative form to Europe, even though they lost to Arsenal in disappointing home loss, they bounced back by defeating Leverkusen in a tight and keenly contested game. Bayern have a huge depth in squad that they can reproduce a strong team from the bench. Spanish Midfielder Javi Matinez has been very inspirational the middle for the team. He has fitted in so well that you almost think he has been playing in the league forever. He would be a very valuable option for Pepp Guardiola next season as he has shown traits of his versatility this season. Another player that has shown flashes of what to expect in years to come is Swiss international Xherdan Shaqiri, though he has made most of the his mark from the bench, he has shown that he cannot be ignored for long. A regular start for him will no doubt transform him into a star. Austrian David Alaba has been a revelation this season The Austrian player started as a midfielder but he is fast becoming one of the best full backs in Germany and potential could be the best in the world, at 20 he is already playing at the highest level and has years ahead of him. The striking force is one the most potent- call them the Super Mario’s and you would not be wrong. Mario Gomez and Mario Mandzukic have been providing the fire power up front and it is quite difficult to determine who their number striker is, though Gomez seem to be the preferable option but Mandzukic scoring prowess is making him  difficult to be ignored. Bayern Munich is definitely catching the attention of the football world and with the super tactician – Gualdiola resuming duties next season The attention would be more intense.
