The team is still training in La Manga Spain.

Monchengladbach draws with Hamburg

Borussia Monchengladbach warm friendly with Hamburg ended in a 2-2 draw, the game was played in Dubai where both teams are camped for their winter break training. The game revealed that Monchengladbach are fired up for the second half of the season, currently they have no injury worries. The team had been put through their pace with some intensive training session, this was quite evident during their game.Filip Deam and Branimir Hrgota were on the score sheet as they came fought back twice.

Dutch Winger Arjen Robben is set to force his way back into the first team, He has been restricted to only five games this season due to injury. He has sustained 5 different injuries this season alone and about 19 since he moved from Real Madrid. He would have to fight hard as Thomas Muller with 9 goals has been very impressive in Robben’s absence.

Furth gets New sporting Director

Relegation threatened side Greuther Furth have appointed Rouven Schroder as their new Sporting Director. He succeeded Rachid Azzouzi who left the club last summer. He is contracted till 2015.
