Sky Italia reporter Di Marzio has stated that Chelsea have made the signing of 18-year old Brazilian right back Wallace Dos Santos.

Wallace plays in Brazil for Fluminese and is very highly rated, he has shone in the Brazilian under-17 setup and has been tipped for a big future.

It is said that Chelsea already owned 40% of Wallace before they made the signing. I must state there has been nothing official from either club as yet, but we are awaiting confirmation.

Many people will be unfamiliar with his name, but Chelsea have known about him for years and he's been in the plans.

Chelsea will still sign Cesar Azpilicueta however, but there will be certain competition for the right back spot now.
