A full round-up from the British media stories of today.

Chelsea could well be facing the prospect of losing both striker Daniel Sturridge and left back Ashley Cole. Sturridge is wanted by a host of clubs including Liverpool and reports suggest that Chelsea might be prepared to release the England striker if their £20 million asking price is met.

Meanwhile, Cole is wanted by Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United after the defender has allegedly rejected a new contract offer from the Blues.

Liverpool are continueing their striker search and there is claims that they might make an ambitious move for Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez, who would not come cheap. Maybe a more realistic target is out of favour Aston Villa striker Darren Bent, who is also wanted by QPR.

Arsenal have joined Tottenham in the chase for Brazilian forward Leandro Damiao, who has a keen eye for goal and has been targetted by Spurs since the summer.

A surprising rumour today comes via The Daily Star, who claim that Real Madrid are keepin tabs on Leicester City golakeeper, Kasper Schmeichel, who is the son of former Manchester United stopper, Peter Schmeichel. 

Tottenhma are rumoured to be watching Holland international Jordy Clasie from Feyenoord, while Fulham are contemplating moving for Arsenal's Andriy Arshavin.

Chelsea are interested in signing Brazilian midfielder Paulinho from Corinthians, who is a highly rated holdign midfield player as they continue to search for their striking target. Currently Radamel Falcao is the favourite to join Chelsea in January, along with Loic Remy, Andre Schurrle and Wilfried Zaha.
