Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has taken one step further by insisting that players who do not agree with his techniques and methods will have a limited future with the club

The Italian was criticized by City player Micah Richards who suggested his fellow defenders were not happy with the manager’s new formation of playing with three defenders, which resulted in a defeat against Ajax during mid-week Champions League clash.

However City boss had a different opinion cause the English Champions have already adopted with playing just three defenders and Richards is very new to Mancini's new style of play.

"With this system we have got a result every time. Maybe Micah doesn't know this because he has been out for two and a half months" Mancini said.

"He has probably worked on it less than other players but the next time we play this system Micah can stay on the bench and we will use another player who understands the system"

It is understood that men who appear to be unhappy with City's new technique are English players Joleon Lescott, Gareth Barry and Richards. The Italian was very quick to rule out any dressing-room unrest and had a different opinion.

"People tell me what is in the newspapers yesterday and this morning but I am not frustrated by it and I am not interested in it,"

"I respect your job but I have my opinion about everything. My head won't go down after one or two defeats. I give my opinion and, like everyone else, I can make a mistake" Mancini added.

Mancini has made his intentions very clear to the entire City squad that whoever does not agree with his play style will be having tough time and could eventually end up being out of the club.
