Another week of entertaining football in the Premier League awaits.
We take a look at this week's matches and what to expect.
Arsenal vs Chelsea
Chelsea stars were disciplined, determined and passionate in mid week victory over Barcelona. They would need all those attributes again when they face arch rivals Arsenal in a lunch time kick-off at Emirates. Roberto di Matteo would like to rest some of the squad members and keep them fresh for match against Barcelona. Arsenal would like to push a tired Chelsea side and get a victory to keep their hold on the 3rd spot in the League table.
PREDICTION: Chelsea to continue their recent good form with a victory over Arsenal.
Blackburn Rovers vs Norwich City
Five successive defeats and suddenly Blackburn are on the verge of relegation. Steve Kean and the Owners should face further protests from the Blackburn faithful. If Blackburn win this match they could have some chance of surviving provided that other rivals also drop points.
PREDICTION: Paul Lambert's Norwich side who were taken to the cleaners by Man City last week would be keen to make up for the shock defeat against low lying Rovers.
Fulham vs Wigan
Wigan have been excellent in their last few games accounting for the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United. Fulham have a good home record which has seen them in the top 10 of the league. Both sides are in a rich vein of form in their recent fixtures. If Wigan could get another three points might be assured of one more season in the Premier League.
PREDICTION: This one promises to be a fast paced game with late goals in it.
QPR vs Tottenham
All right, this one's pretty simple. Both sides may face serious consequences if they fail to get anything short of a win. For Spurs, this could mean missing Champions League football next season and for QPR it could mean relegation.
PREDICTION: An exciting match in prospect with Spurs having the upper hand.
Aston Villa vs Sunderland
Martin O'Neill makes his first return to his former club this weekend, having resigned his post at Villa last season. The Sunderland gaffer takes his side down to the Midlands looking to resurrect a recent run of form which has slumped somewhat after an excellent first few months at the helm. Villa will be looking to pull themselves in the right direction, and away from the relegation zone.
PREDICTION: Expect a tight contest.
Bolton vs Swansea
Bolton have two games in hand and over fellow relegation contenders and are having the easiest run in of all. Could Owen Coyle men produce a turn around and survive in the EPL? Bolton will be at home with a Swansea side that has lost four of the last six games.
PREDICTION: Another tight battle between two clubs eager to make a statement with the season
Newcastle vs Stoke City
Could Champions League football prove to be a distraction for Newcastle? They have played good football throughout the season and have exceeded expectations. With Spurs in patchy form and Chelsea still involved in three competitions, Newcastle has a chance. Against a Stoke City side who have struggled on the road, the Magpies have a good chance.
PREDICTION: It's one game at a time for Newcastle, who deserved to be favoured.
Manchester United vs Everton
United could be eight points ahead before City play, with a victory over the Toffees. David Moyes's squad pose a stern test before next week's derby. With a full squad available, Sir Alex Ferguson should expect his squad to gain ground in the title race. Everton would like to shrug last week's FA Cup disappointment and pose a legitimate threat.
PREDICTION: United play like heavyweights.
Wolves vs Manchester City
Could Wolves still have a say in the title race? Ensured of relegation, could they provide some twists and turns when they face Manchester City? Despite mind games from Roberto Mancini, there is football that needs to be played. Wolves at Molineux is always a tough fixture but with Wolves in current rot you could expect City to breeze through. Are there more twists and turns before the Manchester Derby?
PREDICTION: City have too much riding on this one to buckle.
Liverpool vs West Bromwich
With the FA Cup Final in sight, the Reds would like to get a gain some positive momentum before they face Chelsea. Liverpool has looked short of confidence, but now with players regaining their form, the confidence seems to be returning. Andy Carroll has seen goals flowing in and expect A few more from the Liverpool striker.
PREDICTION: It should be a easy ride for Liverpool.
