Former Chelsea forward Nicolas Anelka could well be on his way to Paris Saint-Germain, after training with the club this week and recieving an individual one-on-one coaching session, according to TransferNewsCentral.com.
The 33-year-old Shanghai Shenhua striker has just finished a season in the Chinese league scoring 3 goals in 24 matches, alongside another former Blue, Didier Drogba. It has been widely reported that Anelka now wants to move away from China, with a potential move to France, or back to the Premier League, with Queens Park Rangers showing interest.
The former French International began his footballing career at Paris Saint-Germain as a youth player between 1996-1997 before joining Arsenal in a big money move the following year. He returned to PSG from between 2000-2002, making over 40 appearences for them during his second stint with the club.
It now looks set that the former Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Fenerbache, Chelsea and Bolton star, may well be about to begin his third and final stint with the French capitals big money team. Reports conclude that Anelka was even wearing PSG's club training kit and sponsors during his recent training session.
However, David Beckham's former club LA Galaxy are said to be tempting Anelka to The States in the form of a big money offer and they will be expected to be in the race. Anelka has fairly high wage demands and there are only a handful of clubs who can and would be prepared to afford it, PSG is certainly one of those clubs.83346
