Radamel Falcao Transfer Rumors: Ranking Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Or Liverpool As Best Premier League Fits

I am sure everyone now knows who is Radamel Falcao, especially after he enthralled the stentorian crowd of Monaco with his incredible performance leaving the Chelsea fans in stupor with Atletico Madrid  defeating them 4-1 in the final of the European Super Cup. Everyone looked in amazement as Falcao, 26,  swinged the impervious Chelsea defence with a hat-trick thus giving a man of the match performance. He is one of the brightest looking prospects in Europe and with Atletico Madrid stuck in a debt-prone situation, he may well be on his way to the best football league of the world - The English Premier league.

According to the website www.sportsmole.uk, his father Radamel Garcia told the programme El Gran debate de Todelar that "His dream is to play for Real Madrid,". "Since he was a boy, he has wanted to play there. "

"Other teams in Europe like Chelsea and Manchester City were interested in him. If he can't play for Real Madrid, then he'll play for a team in England."

Also according to www.Soccernet.espn.go.com,

"Yes, it's very likely," Radamel Sr said when asked if his son could move to the Premier League in January. "There are three teams interested - Manchester City, Chelsea and a Russian team. Falcao has always wanted to play in the Premier League.

"Ever since he was a boy he has loved Chelsea and has always thought it would be an honour to play for a big Premier League team."

So it becomes of utmost importance to discuss that which premier league team might be the best fit for this talismanic striker if he makes a move to England.

Let us take a look at the teams which might be best suited for him at this moment of time :

1.       CHELSEA FC :

It had been suggested that Chelsea would make a move for Falcao on deadline day last week, but an offer never materialised - with a club source telling ESPN that, while a deal for Napoli forward Edinson Cavani was discussed, Falcao was not on the agenda.

Chelsea is extremely esurient for the Premier league title this year and have already shown it through some remarkable summer signings in the form of Eden Hazard and Oscar who were also at the radar of the other top European clubs. With the departure of Drogba, it is imminent that they need someone to pair up with Fernando Torres to lead their successful expedition to the title race and the best option for that would be Radamel Falcao whom they know very well now, if not earlier.

They already have a good mix of the European players and adding Falcao would make Chelsea very strong to retain their Champions League crown.

Falcao should look to emblazon his career  and be prudent enough to make a wise choice for his future by joining Chelsea.

2.       MANCHESTER CITY :

Manchester City has also shown interest in the player but already having such a strong striking force of Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez, Edin Dzeko and the gigantic Mario Balotelli, it looks highly improbable that Falcao would even consider City as an option. Starting some games on the bench won't benefit him in any way.

3.       TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR :

Tottenham made the best use of the transfer window on the very last day and signed 3 sensational players -the French captain and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris and Fulham's best 2 players Moussa Dembele and Clint Dempsey.

Addition of Adebayor has also been excellent to ramp up the Tottenham strike force. But with Defoe playing very ordinary, it would be a wise decision for Falcao as well as the spurs if he makes an entry into the squad. Spurs have found it difficult to score in the first 3 games of the season but can regain their sensational goal scoring spree with such a strong midfield and  if they can bring in Falcao to form dovetail with Adebayor.

4.       LIVERPOOL :

Liverpool have shown a good game so far after the horrible performance against West Bromwich Albion on the very first day of this premier league season. The only problem lying with Liverpool is that of a striker with Andy Carroll also being loaned to West Ham and thus Luis Suarez left alone at the forefront. It's the best option for Falcao to showcase his talent as he would get to start each and every match of the Liverpool campaign  and score a spree of goals which will also make him the fans favorite in no time.

Liverpool is improving under the new manager Brenden Rogers and with addition of Falcao, they may have a chance to regain their perch.

Now, it is on Falcao how he scrutinizes the ambit of his gameplay would be suited to which premier league team if he makes a decision to move from Athletico Madrid. But it is sure that every team in England would be frenetic to have him in their squad.
