In summary, West Ham have made two decent attacking signings in Cole and Chamakh, without spending any money, thus being excellent business for the Hammers so far.

Chelsea have signed that target man they needed, whilst Newcastle perked up by signing a highly rated French International, in the shape of Debuchy, which again was a pretty decent coup by them.

Meanwhile, Keiron Dyer is a free agent once again, Liverpool bring in top England striker Daniel Sturridge, whilst Wigan secure Manchester United's young starlet on loan, Henriquez.

All in all, some pretty useful business being made so far this window, but expect many more new faces in whilst clubs, managers and officials battle it out to get these deals complete.
