Why Arsenal Should Replace Arsene Wenger With Guardiola.

Nothing is going right for Arsenal. Their recent forms say it all. D-L-L-W-L-W. 3 losses, 1 Draw and 2 wins isn’t a really good results for a team like Arsenal. Their most recent loss against Bradford, the league 2 member, should be a clear way of saying that something is not right with Arsenal.

Lot of gooners starts to lose their patience because of the title drought. Well, in Wenger we trust starts to  fade and replaced with booing. Now one of the most successful managers, Jose “Pep” Guardiola, has stated his readiness to take control of Arsenal and to help the club to regain its glory. But, Is Guardiola a right replacement for Wenger? Why Arsenal should replace Wenger with Guardiola?  Here’s why.

1. Good transfer policy

This is one of the weak part of Arsenal. Well, not to say that Wenger is bad at the market but admit it, in the last 3 seasons. His signings haven’t reached the level to what the club needs. On Sept. 10 he landed Sebastien Squillaci, Laurent Koscielny and Marouane Chamakh.

On Oct. 11, he brought Carl Jerkinson, Gervinho, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Park chu-young, benayoun (loan), Andre Santos, Per Mertesacker, Mikel Arteta, and the living legend, Thierry Henry on loan. And this season, its Santi Cazorla, Lukas Podolski and Oliver Giroud.

The key players departure like, Samir Nasri, Robin Van Persie and Cesc Fabregas make the team lost what their once have, Quality. Bringing Arteta to cover Cesc Fabregas’s departure, Chamberlain and Gervinho to strengthen the midfield after Samir Nasri choose to join the blue Manchester and Taking the french and german goal getter, Oliver Giroud and Lukas Podolski, to make the fans forget about Robin Van Persie.

But none of them work as expected. Let’s see Guardiola’s wok at this rate. For the last 4 seasons, Dani Alves, Martin Caceres, Seydou Keita, Hleb, Maxwell, Dmitro Chrygrynskiy, Ibrahimovich, Adriano, David Villa, Macherano, Alexis Sanchez, Fabregas come to Camp Nou.

Dani Alves, Keita, Adriano, Villa, Mascherano, Alexis Sanchez and Cesc Fabregas bring out their best under Guardiola spell and that helps Barcelona to claim “the mightiest team on earth” title. Barcelona also having the same problems like Arsenal, star players who left Barcelona like, Yaya Toure, Samuel Eto’o, Ibrahimovich and not to forget Ronaldinho and Deco on Guardiola first season revolution.

the gambling is right. Guardiola isn’t afraid to take  the risks for which players he bought. He does fail at times, look at Caceres, Hleb, Dmitro Chrygrynskiy, Ibrahimovich signings. But those failures seems to have no effect on Barcelona itself, 2 times Champion of Champions  league, and 3 years of La Liga crowns proves that. While Arsenal in the last 4 seasons? Not to be rude but none. Guardiola sold the players, and grab the perfect replacements, that’s how you do it Wenger.

2. Working with youngster experience

Not even one person in this whole earth would doubt Arsene Wenger capacity of turning a young player into a new star in the football world. But Guardiola is standing on the same level with Wenger. Look at the canteranos he brought to the biggest stage of the world. Pedro Rodriguez, Isaac Cuenca, Cristian Tello, Sergio Busquet, Andreu Fontas, Jeffren Suarez, Bojan Krkic and Thiago Alcantara.

At Arsenal there are so many talented players waiting for the chances, like Ryo Miyaichi, Joel Campbell, Wellingon Silva, Frimpong and the newest one is Chamberlain, So, Guardiola might be the best manager to take them to the bigger stage. Once again, Guardiola bring the best out of them, so If Arsenal sticks to the plan of using young players, its not going to be a big deal for Guardiola.

3. Similar style of play, but more attractive and productive

The world claims Arsenal as the british version of Barcelona, they style of play is pretty much the same with Barcelona tiki-taka. But more attractive and productive, 247 goals the Pep babes netted for the 4 seasons his managerial career there make Barcelone as one of the most productive teams on earth. This is what Arsenal fans have been longing for, someone who understands how to play beautifuly but deadly. This will be another plus point for Guardiola.

Wenger is undoubtedly one of the best managers on earth, but if Arsenal insist on looking for a replacement, then Guardiola is the best option.
