Along with the series' traditional large-format multiplayer mode, Star Wars: Battlefront II will also include a single-player campaign. After seeing the second Death Star be destroyed, you follow Versio in a canonical story set between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.

While the original Star Wars: Battlefront was fairly well-received, the game was still dinged by critics for the lack of a substantive single-player campaign as a fully-priced retail title. Instead, players could only run through basic singe-player training runs and challenges.

Coming from developer DICE, Star Wars: Battlefront II's campaign looks to have a bit more substance to it — the trailer has brief appearances from Luke Skywalker and the Millennium Falcon. Star Wars: Battlefront II comes out Nov. 17 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PCs.
